Cadastral and Geodetic Control TWG
This group was originally formed in 1999, and has been meeting on a regular basis. An Idaho Cadastral Plan was developed in January 2001 to meet Bureau of Land Management (BLM) program funding requirements, and was presented to ITRMC in February of 2001 for adoption. The Cadastral Plan was reformatted within a national Spatial Data Infrastructure (NSDI) Implementation Plan I-Team format model, as prescribed by the Federal Office of Management and Budget (OMB), in the fall of 2001.
Chair: Donna Pitzer, USDI bureau of Reclamation (208) 383.2214
Work Groups: Geodetic Control, Cadastral Reference (meets last Friday each month, 9:00 - 11:30am)
Public Safety TWG
Chair: Bill Reynolds, Nez Perce County (208)
Work Groups: Emergency Service Zones, Structures, Critical Infrastructure
Hydrography/Watershed TWG
The USFS is working to creazte 1:24,000 scale hydrography for most of the state based on a national hydro-data set model (NHD). It is believed there will be full basin-wide coverage for the state of Idaho within two-three years. The Idaho Department ofWater Resources has assembled a statewide coverage of 1:24,000 scale hydrography basee on data received from the Idaho Department of Lands, the federal Bureau of Land Management, Forests, Tribes and ohters. Contact Sandra Thiel for more information about this coverage.
The TWG is reviewing watersheds throughout the state, and ois workign towards a statewide watersheds layer that conforms to national standards. For more information about watershed delineation in Idaho, including meeting minutes, current status, and watershed stewards, please visit the watershed web page.

Landuse/Landcover TWG
The initial work of this group focused on developing the Idaho Land Use/Land Cover Implementation Plan.
Further information:Imagery TWG
Preliminary meetings have been held. INSIDE Idaho is developing some nice ways to serve and distribute any kind of satellite imagery, including LANDSAT and SPOT 10-meter data, and full state coverage from several years should be available. soon.
Transportation TWG
As of September 2008, 16 counties are contributing weekly updates to a road centerline dataset which is published by INSIDE Idaho. Thirteen county datasets are in progress to join the weekly refresh cycle. The goal is for all 44 counties to participate to achieve statewide road centerlines with address ranges. Until then, the remaining counties are represented with census Tiger data (see http://insideidaho.org/geodata/frameworkPilot/transportation/index.htm).
