IT Policy and Advice for Idaho Agencies

G340: Statewide Geospatial Clearinghouse - New!

Guideline 340 defines and clarifies the characteristics of a Statewide Geospatial Clearinghouse. Sharing data through a Statewide Geospatial Clearinghouse is a role of State Agencies as defined in G420 - Roles of GIS Participants. Supporting the use of a Statewide Geospatial Clearinghouse for data sharing is a Policy stated in ITRMC Policy 1070 - Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

G340 was approved on April 18, 2013 at a meeting of the Idaho Geospatial Council - Executive Committee.
